Q. Do I need any special software or hardware for the live streaming classes? A. No you just need your computer with high speed internet connection (e.g. Cable/DSL).
Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. We accept most credit cards through Paypal, check or money order.
Q. Can I withdraw from the live streaming class and get a refund? A. You may withdraw from a live streaming class and get a full refund if you send a request within two weeks from the
start of the semester.
Q. If I miss a live streaming class, can I make it up? A. No right now live streaming classes are treated just like the on-site classes, which means if you miss a class, you miss it.
We don't currently archive any of the live streaming classes.
Q. Can I record the class lecture or live streaming sessions? A. No, Sh. Zarabozo asks that no one may record any of the on-site class lectures or the online live streaming class sessions.
